hello. as you can see in the topic name, a legendary for my DH wont seem to drop from torghast the soulforges, even after completing it several times ( i have started with layer 5 then layer 7 and layer 3 even tho legendary req is layer 3+ ) anyhow i did some research and most sources r saying that it has 100% drop rate so i really dont know what the issue is if its not a bug.
